As a Registered Nurse, RN you will play a critical role in the lives of patients by helping them improve their overall help in utilizing a holistic approach.

You will provide individualized, one-on-one care to patients within a home-based setting. This includes the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans. You will help to educate patients and their families on how to follow their care plans as well as provide nursing care to patients. You will also act as an advocate for patient welfare, and serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers.
