The Care Team
The care you deserve, the support you need.
Flexible scheduling. Work from home between visits. Meaningful patient care.
Looking for an RN opportunity that offers flexibility without sacrificing meaningful patient care?
The Care Team Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide after-hours support to hospice patients and families during the week.
This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working independently, making clinical decisions, and providing one-on-one patient care without managing a traditional daytime caseload.
When you're not actively responding to patient needs or completing visits, you can remain at home while available for on-call responsibilities. You'll have the autonomy to manage patient needs while being supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team.
We're looking for a dependable, clinically confident RN who can respond to changing patient conditions, provide symptom management, and offer reassurance to patients and families during some of their most important moments.
Weekday On-Call Coverage:
Monday–Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM the following morning
Coverage concludes Friday at 8:00 AM
Combination of scheduled patient visits and on-call responsibilities
Work from home when not actively responding to patient needs in the field
Whether you're looking for a consistent weekday on-call schedule or something that better accommodates your availability, we'd love to discuss what could work for you.
